The penthouse of the old hardware of the Plaza del Pan, comes from the rehabilitation by "Bau Ksar", a building of the eighteenth century, which was established the hardware "Garcia y Cia" for over 150 years, until his closure in 1989. The penthouse of one dormitory is located on the third floor with an elevator. It takes place at two levels: the living room, kitchen and bathroom, are connected by a stairway to the bedroom.  Even from the bed of the bedroom you can enjoy an unbeatable view of the urban environment, as well as from their small terrace. The acces to the main terrace is from living room, with spectacular views of the domes of the Church of "El Salvador", the bell tower, and that of Pedro Roldan. In addition to towers can be seen right-handed and sinister, and even the Giralda tower in the background. The terrace has a shower outdoors. Also a bulding of ?Almacenes Pedro Roldán? of regionalist arquitecture style is there, giving personality to the square. Located in the heart of the historic center of Seville, in the popular neighborhood of La Alfalfa, 5 minutes from the Plaza Nueva, and 10 minutes from the tower "La Giralda," walking. In short, almost everything within easy reach, on foot.
